I am so grateful to Our Lady

I have always had a special prayer that I say to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. My grandmother believed that in order to be helped, you have to contribute a few prayers in return.  I must say that Our Lady has never led me astray, only towards her Son.  And now, I am leading my daughters with the same example.  I am so grateful to Our Lady!

So many answered prayers

With so many answered prayers, I hardly know where to begin. My daughter had serious female problems before her first pregnancy.  Both her first pregnancy and delivery were very difficult. I prayed to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal that her next pregnancy would be better. My prayers were answered.  My daughter had no problems with either the pregnancy or delivery, which is miraculous in my opinion. Her problems were all so serious that we didn’t know if she’d ever be able to have children. If you could only see how happy she is as a mother! I also prayed she would be able to stay home with her babies, and she has been able to do this. I also had been praying for my youngest son to marry in the Catholic Church, and he was in Mary’s month!

Grateful for Our Lady’s intercession

My niece has been suffering from lupus for many years.  Several months ago one of her toes became totally black and the doctor told her it may have to be amputated.  My sister and I prayed to Our Blessed Mother every day for my niece’s healing.  I am happy to write that her toe returned to its normal color.  We are so grateful to Our Lady for her intercession.

I know Mary is always watching over me

In 1942, just after my dad enlisted in the Army, my mom enrolled him in Mary’s Kneeling Army. This was a novena to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal for the troops. Mom entered Dad’s name and sent him a Miraculous Medal. Although dad had many close calls in the South Pacific, he returned home safely in 1945. On his return, he met his father, two sisters, and my mom coming out of Mass on the feast of the Assumption. They wore their Miraculous Medals all their lives and were buried with them. Mom gave me a Miraculous Medal years ago which I wear all the time.  I know that Mary is always watching over me.

I believe in the holy intercession of Our Blessed Mother

There have been so many times Our Blessed Mother has helped me. As long as I can remember, I have always worn or carried the Miraculous Medal. When I was in school, we received the blue plastic Miraculous Medal.  It would take me a lot of time to post all of the blessings granted to our family through Mary’s intercession. I am now almost 86 years old. I wear a gold Miraculous Medal that my husband gave me on our 20th wedding anniversary.  It was blessed by a priest. We celebrated our 64th anniversary in 2024.  I believe in the holy intercession of Our Blessed Mother!

My brother suffers with alcoholism. I gave him a Miraculous Medal to wear, which he did put on. One week later, my brother decided it was time to go to rehab. He is currently a few weeks into his recovery journey, and everything is looking up for him. I truly believe Our Lady is helping my brother. Glory be to God Almighty. I feel sure Mary was with my wife

My wife died in August of 2020.  Leading up to her death, we were praying the Rosary. We were holding hands and had the Rosary between our fingers.  I told my wife that I could feel the presence of Mary with us. My wife would move her index finger to let me know she heard me.  I could feel my wife breathing more slowly and her hand becoming more relaxed. Every time we said, “… pray for us sinners now at the hour of our death,” she would move her finger.  At one point she did not move her finger. I asked her if she was okay. Her hand was not moving, and I looked at her. I noticed she was no longer breathing. I feel sure Mary was there to show my wife the way to her heavenly glory.

Devotion to the Miraculous Medal and to Our Blessed Mother is so powerful!

Our Lady’s intercession has given me my family back! My life was upside down. I had nothing left to do but pray. It took some serious life challenges for me to figure out that prayer is what I needed all along.  If anyone is reading this and has not prayed in a while, just chat as if the Blessed Virgin Mary is sitting right next to you because she is! She will help you get closer to Jesus. We prayed many Rosaries, and the promises are very true!  There were so many signs and signals of graces along the way.  At a very pivotal moment, my wife noticed a job posted at work for which she could apply. It was a short notice posting that closed internally on my birthday and then externally on her birthday, which is exactly a week after mine. She got the job, and the seemingly impossible task of relocating our family again was made possible. There were so many obstacles, but God knocked them all down! Devotion to the Miraculous Medal and to Our Blessed Mother is so powerful. I have given many medals and pamphlets to family, friends, and others. Please don’t hesitate in turning to Mary to intercede for you and to bring your prayers to Jesus.

On the morning of July 6, 2020, I was rushed by ambulance to my local hospital and put on life support. On my third day of intensive care, I awoke to find myself on a ventilator. I immediately went to Our Mother Mary, as I have always done throughout my life. I did not panic, but I asked Mary what happened to me. Her reply was to give me peace. My heart was full of love at that moment, and I was feeling trust in Jesus. On July 12, I came home from the hospital. I should make a full recovery and with the help of medicine, lead a normal life. My faith and trust are strong, and I won’t forget the peace and calm given me the day I woke up. I have had many such encounters with Our Lady’s peace.

As I read the testimonial letters on the Association’s website, I realized I had been remiss in thanking Mary for her intercession on my own behalf so many years ago! As a young woman, I struggled with alcoholism, and when I finally saw no other choice than death, I prayed to Our Blessed Mother to implore her Son, Jesus, to save me.  Shortly thereafter, I found the strength to check myself into a rehabilitation facility. Last month, I celebrated my 33rd anniversary of sobriety and have been, during that time, a witness to countless miracles. Thank you, Mary, for interceding on my behalf and allowing me to mature into the healthy and strong woman God intended me to be!

Praise the Lord and Our Lady for giving us the great miracle.

I want to share this testimony about my daughter.  She was in the hospital in a coma. The doctors were doing the best they could, but they were at a loss about how to help her. When I received the news that she was in a coma, I decided I must be at her side even though I lived over 400 miles away. Before I left, I received in the mail the Miraculous Medal that I had ordered from Our Lady’s Association.  I took it with me. On my way, I kept praying, asking God to help me and to show me what I should do. The doctors could not give us any good news. At my daughter’s side, I took my Miraculous Medal in my hands and began to pray to Our Lady, asking the Mother of God to help my daughter out of the darkness of the coma if it was God’s will. I asked Our Lady to give me the strength to accept his will. That same night, my daughter came out of her coma! She began to make a rapid recovery and soon came home to her family. Praise the Lord and Our Lady for giving us the great miracle of life that my daughter received.

Let God and Our Blessed Mother take over.

I must tell you about the blessings we received through the intercession of Our Lady. After I was not able to get pregnant, my husband and I decided to adopt. A month after we adopted our one-day-old daughter, we discovered that I was pregnant!  Now we have our little girls, nine months apart—we call them our little Irish twins!  What a miracle! I’m a firm believer that miracles do happen every day.  Just pray, give things time, and let go.  Let God and Our Blessed Mother take over.  We are living proof. My advice is to keep praying, because God hears every prayer, no matter how small or how large.  Amen.

Our Blessed Mother has come through again!

I requested a Votive Light to burn at Our Lady’s Association and asked for Our Blessed Mother’s intercession for my grandson, who was having seizures. The seizures began nine years ago, and the doctors could not find the source.  Finally, the doctors were able to pinpoint the part of the brain that needed to be addressed.  I prayed for Our Lady’s intercession to guiding the doctors in finding the right treatment for his condition. My grandson started taking a new medication that has greatly helped him. Our Blessed Mother has come through again! She has always been there for me, especially from the time I became a single parent in 1980.  I know she is truly my mother and that she wants the best for all her children.

I’m writing in thanksgiving to Our Lady for watching over my mother, who has many health issues.  She was extremely ill for several months, in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation centers. Her doctors began talking about quality of life versus quantity of life. She was on a ventilator.  She was taking many antibiotics that didn’t seem to be working. Through Our Lady’s intercession, she has been healed of her infections and blood clots.  She is so much better and has been able to return to her home!  Her doctors are amazed, and one even said, “She must have someone looking out for her.” She certainly does—Our Blessed Mother. Thanks so much, my Heavenly Mother, for your intercession!

My father’s quick answer was the Miraculous Medal!

This is not my story, but that of my parents, especially my father who had a deep devotion to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. For any problem beyond an apparent human solution, my father’s quick answer was the Miraculous Medal. When a great fire hit our city and put the house of a close relative in imminent danger, my father prayed to Our Lady and then threw a medal into the fire. Soon after, it seemed like an invisible wall was raised between the fire and our relative’s house; the fire did not move on and the house was saved. My father carried medals with him and gave them to whoever was in need. My parents sewed a medal onto their brown scapulars. Today, we carry on the devotion of our parents to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

My prayers were answered.

I was waiting for the results of a second MRI to evaluate a lesion found in my pelvic area.   I was very anxious and prayed to the Virgin Mary and said the Rosary nightly with my husband.  I have worn the Miraculous Medal around my neck for quite a while.  Through Our Blessed Mother’s intercession, my prayers were answered. The lesion was benign.  Our Lady listens and intercedes for our needs.

Certain people are put into our lives for a reason!

As a baby, I was baptized Catholic, however, I did not grow up in the Church.  What I did receive as a small child, however, set me on a path for living my life with Our Lord. Fast forward to when I was in my early thirties, I was working at an outdoor sporting goods store when a lady came up to me and started talking to me. She befriended me.  She not only taught me how to read the Bible, but she was the first one to introduce the Rosary to me and taught me how to pray it. She helped me learn much about my Catholic faith, and more importantly, she brought my young children into the Catholic faith as well. Today, my love and faith for Mother Mary grows every day! My friend passed away many years ago. What a beautiful soul! To this day, I’ve never met another person who was so much in love with Our Lady!

Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal protected her.

My daughter was in a terrible car accident. The car that struck her, caused her car to slide away from the collision site. Her car stopped a mere inches from a concrete wall. She has a Miraculous Medal in the car. I believe, wholeheartedly, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal protected her, and Jesus preserved her life.

Our Mother Mary interceded!

There was a teen girl in my hometown who was missing for about four weeks. Her family was desperately looking for her, and the town formed a search party. Unfortunately, they had no luck. There were “missing person” signs posted all over. One day, my sisters and I went on a walk, and we saw a sign. I was carrying Miraculous Medals in my bag, and I taped one to the sign in hope that Mother Mary would intercede. Later that night, it was posted that she was found safe and sound!

I was estranged from my son for eight years. I read the story of the Miraculous Medal, and decided to get one and to pray to Mary, Our Mother, for her intercession and the miracle of reuniting with him, knowing she would understand the loss of a son, and have mercy. I wore it to meet my friend for a walk. She had a Miraculous Medal on also and said that she had it tucked away for over 20 years. She decided to wear it to our meeting. I believed that was a sign. Sure enough, my son contacted me, and we shared Thanksgiving together! Thank God and thank Mary for her intercession! I am truly grateful!

Prayers are a powerful gift!

Thank you, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, for your intercession in obtaining the hope of overcoming cancer. One year ago, I was diagnosed with cancer on the esophagus. The doctor gave me five years to live. At first, I didn’t want to tell my family because I knew they would worry about me. I kept praying to God to give me time to see my grandchildren get older. Thanks to my family and parish, who put me in a lot of groups for prayers, I received the most beautiful miracle. The doctor was able to remove 99% of the cancer, and I didn’t need chemo or radiation. Thanks to the Virgin Mary and her Son Jesus, I’m able to keep praying for all others that have cancer. Prayers are a powerful gift that God gives us to know how much he loves us.

I want to share an intercession from Our Blessed Mother. My godchild was visiting me and asked me if I had a Miraculous Medal she could wear. I gave her one.  She has been looking for a job since she finished college. At a recent interview, the lady interviewing her noticed the Miraculous Medal my godchild was wearing. She pulled out hers, and they talked. My godchild was offered the job, and she accepted. We both feel Our Blessed Mother was at the interview. I just wanted to share this.

I am writing in thanksgiving to Our Blessed Mother for her intercession. Our seven-year-old grandson had to undergo a lengthy operation for curvature of his spine. The surgeons inserted a rod in his back.  His operation was successful. Only one rod was inserted instead of two. I have had a long-time devotion to Our Blessed Mother, and I will be forever thankful for her intercession for my grandson.

Mary answered my prayer

When I received the information about the Miraculous Medal from your Association, I thought, “How can I place the medals into the hands of the people who need them? Blessed Mother, please help me with this!” Of course, Mary answered my prayer. During Lent, we had a fish fry at our parish every Friday.  I made a copy of the information and put it in a sign holder.  I placed it, along with a statue of Our Blessed Mother, a vase of roses, and a dish of Miraculous Medals, by the line of people waiting for their dinners.  I prayed for the best. Once again, Mary did not disappoint! Every week I added more medals to the dish. I know they are finding their way to where they need to go. Thank you to the Association and to Our Lady for making it possible for me to spread devotion to her!

It was through Our Blessed Mother’s Intercession

My wife was in the hospital for over a month.  When her Medicare ran out, she was going to be transferred to a nursing home that was over 125 miles away from home. To no avail, I fought with the social worker to try to find a nursing home closer to where I live.  As I walked to the nursing station to do the paperwork, the doctor came out and said they had found a nursing home just 30 miles from our home.  I am confident it was through Our Blessed Mother’s intercession that this favor was granted to us.  I am so grateful. Now I will be able to visit my wife as often as I want. I wear a Miraculous Medal every day.

Our Lady was watching over me

I grew up in a devout Catholic family of eight children. However, I never met Jesus until I turned 31. Growing closer and closer to Our Lord through Our Holy Mother, I soon decided to wear a Miraculous Medal to show my love and devotion to her. When I showed it to my mom, she said she had something for me. It was a very small blue Miraculous Medal, which she always pinned to my diaper! So, even before I knew it … Our Lady was watching over me!

Now that’s a miracle

My husband was diagnosed with cancer. It had progressed to the point of deteriorating his bones, from the base of his skull to his hip joints. The doctor wanted to give him a drug to strengthen his bones. They told me what the cost would be per month. There was no way we could afford that. My husband and I prayed a Rosary and asked Mary for a miracle. Shortly after completing the Rosary, we received a call from the doctor’s office saying they found an organization that would pay for this drug for one year. Now that’s a miracle!  Thank you to Our Blessed Mother for her intercession.

Gratitude for prayers

My friend’s sister-in-law was very ill in the intensive care unit of a hospital, suffering from liver and kidney complications. I called the Association to request a Miraculous Medal for her.  When I received it, we placed the medal in her room. My friend’s sister-in-law progressed from a coma-like state to being responsive and was moved to a normal care room. In the next few days, she was transferred to a rehab facility. While she faced a long road requiring dialysis three times a week, we prayed it would be Our Lord’s will that she would recover. She sends her gratitude for your prayers.

A Miracle I survived

Recently, I was in an automobile accident. I realized that, at the time of the accident, I was wearing a Miraculous Medal that had belonged to my father. Witnesses at the scene of the accident said it was a miracle I survived. I attribute walking away from the accident unharmed to the intercession of Our Blessed Mother through her Miraculous Medal.

I felt an immediate sense of calmness and strength

I received the Miraculous Medal as a gift from my brother on the day I moved away to college. The days leading up to my move were filled with anxiety, fear, worry, and doubt, but once he placed the medal around my neck, I felt an immediate sense of calmness and strength. No longer did I worry about leaving home on my new journey, but rather, I felt a sense of courage come over me, almost like I had a guardian angel watching over me. I can’t imagine having started college without this Miraculous Medal and Mary’s love.

Two miracles

I have two miracles I would like to share with you. First, my younger brother received a miracle through Our Lady’s intercession when he was run over by a car at the age of four. The large station wagon ran across his stomach. My mother sprinkled holy water on him, and then they prayed the Hail Mary together. He had no internal bleeding or any broken bones. Our doctor told my mother that this was a miracle. He is now 55 years old. Second, my husband’s aunt, who had been away from the church for more than 40 years, received the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick on the day before she died. I had given her a Miraculous Medal and a green scapular. (Of course, I prayed for her, too.) Our Lady has helped me too many times to count. I wear her Miraculous Medal always, as I have done for 27 years. She is wonderful! The best Mother ever!

Our Lady’s intercession

I wanted to write to you about my daughter’s father-in-law who developed sepsis after undergoing an amputation.  When he was released from the hospital, the wound had to be left open.  A visiting nurse had to come daily to clean the wound and dress it.  He was told this would be a three-to-four-month process.  I visited him two weeks after he was released from the hospital and gave him a scapular and a Miraculous Medal.  Two weeks after my visit, he saw his doctor, who was shocked to find that the wound had completely healed.  The doctor kept on repeating, “It’s a miracle!”  It most certainly was. I attribute his speedy healing to the wonderful power of Our Lady’s intercession and this man’s faith.

Thank you Mother Mary

I am a 36-year-old mother of two young children, ages nine and three. Last year, I had an ultrasound on my throat due to a family history of goiters and cancer. The ultrasound showed multiple nodules on my thyroid. Because one of the nodules was large, this suggested cancer even though my blood work was normal. I had a biopsy done, and while I waited for the results, I kept the blessed oil I received from the Association in my purse. I attached a Miraculous Medal to my rosary bracelet that I wear.  And I put a Miraculous Medal on my purse and in my car. I prayed hard and sent petitions to the Association asking Mary for her intercession for the sake of my family, especially my young children. She heard my prayers and interceded for me. The results of the biopsy came back with no malignancy. Praise God! Thank you, Mother Mary. May God continue to heal many people of their infirmities.

I am a live witness to the power of Our Blessed Mother’s intercession

I have prayed the Rosary daily for over 25 years. Our Blessed Mother has never failed me. I have survived cancer twice. I was involved in a head-on car accident that pinned both my legs. I was able to walk through Mary’s intercession. I have also survived a stroke. I stand here today, as a live witness to the power of the intercession of Our Blessed Lady.

My prayers were answered. My granddaughter was dating a young man for two years. I felt concerned that he was not the person she should have been with. I have found the path God has created for me to follow

Before I found God and became Catholic, my life before was basically a mess. If I hadn’t left the church that I had gone to previously, I wouldn’t have gone through what I did. I would still be stuck physically, mentally, and spiritually. One day, I wanted to go to a Catholic church to see what it was like. Whenever I walked into the church, I felt a feeling inside that I had never felt before in my entire life. And that feeling was the Holy Spirit truly present in the church. What inspired me the most is that it opened my heart to faith. At my previous church I never felt the way I did that day. My dad was Catholic when he was growing up, but he hadn’t been back to a Catholic Church in a long time. I even brought my dad back to the Catholic faith, and he received the sacrament of Confirmation. It has even inspired me to finish the journey that my great-grandfather could not. He went to seminary but didn’t become a priest because he fell in love. Now I am considering a vocation to the priesthood. I feel like ever since I found God, my life has completely changed. I look forward to receiving the sacraments. I am happy to have a parish like this that you can say is truly all part of God’s plan. I am deep in my relationship with God. I have found the path God has created me to follow.

Thank you for showing me the signs

I have been so sad and depressed these days. In 2022, my younger brother passed away on January 12, my mother on January 17, and then my oldest son on August 17. My heart is in pieces every day, especially for my son! But, I know he’s here with me spiritually through God and Our Blessed Mother! I want to thank them for showing me the signs. I knew in my heart that it is truly a miracle

When my daughter was in middle school, she shared something that devastated my heart, for it offended the Lord. She shared she was homosexual. Although my heart ached, I did not judge her; it is not my job. I told her I will always love her no matter what. Six years later, she is now 18 years old. I can’t recall a single day when I didn’t think about the news she shared. It has been almost a year since I began wearing my Miraculous Medal. I prayed nearly every day for Our Mother Mary to touch my daughter’s heart and for her to become heterosexual. I received many noticeable, small graces from faithfully wearing my medal. However, not too long ago, my daughter revealed that she is dating a guy. My heart was filled with so much joy. And just recently, while lying down on my bed to go to sleep, something just hit me. The feeling was so beautiful it made me tear up with joy. I can’t explain the feeling, but I knew in my heart that Mary, through the Miraculous Medal, obtained the grace for my daughter to become heterosexual. It is truly a miracle.

How pure Our Lady is!

I was raised Catholic, but fell away from practicing the faith in my 20s and early 30s. Shopping in a small Christmas shop one year in my late 20s, I was suddenly drawn to a statue of Mary. I hadn’t been looking for anything religious – it just caught my eye. I kept staring at it through the glass. It was $300 though – an amount I wasn’t prepared to spend. After buying a few little ornaments, my husband and I left. Getting in the car, he said, “You want that statue, don’t you?” Well, we went back in and bought it. and I placed it in a prominent place atop a dining room sideboard. It wasn’t until a couple of years later that I noticed something. That statue NEVER gathered dust. The table and surrounding lamps and knick-knacks got dusty. But never Mary. A few years later, my faith was reignited. In 2012, I became acquainted with the Miraculous Medal and wear one continually. I still have the beautiful statue that, to this day, somehow, never gathers dust. How pure Our Lady is!

Our Blessed Mother never fails when we call upon her

I have to share a wonderful story with you about Our Blessed Mother. I have severe depression for which I take meds. Unfortunately, I sometimes have relapses. At one point, I fell into a relapse where I was extremely agitated by everything.  Little annoyances seemed huge.  And just dealing with every day trivialities brought on such anguish. I cried to Jesus to help me. After dealing with this mental chaos for about a week, I was desperate.  I felt that if I had Mary’s most powerful image in the form of a statue to gaze upon, that this would help me.  The figure on the Miraculous Medal–initially called “Our Lady of Grace,”– seemed the logical answer since so many miracles are attributed to Mary through the image on the Miraculous Medal. So I ordered an eight-inch statue of Our Lady of Grace. Shipping would take about a week, but that did not matter.  Just knowing there was hope around the corner was a tiny glimmer in the darkness. The next morning when I woke up, something was very different.  I felt like my old self.  All the agitation, sadness, and focus on death were gone. I could actually smile and laugh.  It was as if the mental breakdown didn’t happen. I attribute this overnight healing to Our Blessed Mother’s intercession.  She didn’t wait for the statue to arrive in order to help me; she obtained the grace of healing for me the day after I placed the order. She never fails to rush to our side when we call upon her. What a wonderful Mother we have!

I prayed to Our Mother Mary for her intercession that my husband’s toe would not have to be amputated. My prayers were answered, and a miracle happened! His left leg healed, and the toe was saved. Thank you so much, Mother Mary. You are always with us to protect and help us.

It was my answer from Mary!

I converted to the Catholic faith 65 years ago when I was 20. I never felt I was as close to the Virgin Mary as I wanted to be. I have a prayer room, and I asked Blessed Mary to help me become closer to her.  The next week, a friend gave me a beautiful Miraculous Medal. I asked him why he gave it to me. He said that he didn’t exactly know why but knew he had to do it. It was my answer from Mary. I had the opportunity to visit the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal in Paris, France. For more than 14 years I have given out prayer leaflets, and many of the prayers are to Our Blessed Mother. God has blessed me so much in my 85 years of life. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do this.

My friend’s sister-in-law was very ill in the hospital with liver and kidney complications that required hospitalization in the intensive care unit. I called the Association to request a Miraculous Medal for her, and when I received it, we placed it in her room. She progressed from a coma-like state to being responsive. A few days later she was transferred to a rehab facility. While my friend’s sister-in-law faces a long road, requiring dialysis three times a week, hopefully it is the Lord’s will that she makes a full recovery. I want to thank you for your prayers for this dear lady.

I want to thank Our Blessed Mother for her intercession and for answering my prayers during difficult times, especially when my house was in foreclosure after my husband’s passing.  I was unaware that I was not an authorized user on the mortgage, and after developing some financial difficulties, the bank representatives wouldn’t talk to me. They had copies of my husband’s death certificate, obituary, and numerous pages of documentation regarding the fact that I was his wife and sole heir, as we had no children. They quit accepting my mortgage payments and wouldn’t work with me.  After I obtained an attorney, they realized they had made a mistake. With many prayers to Our Mother Mary, they agreed to work with me and will now proceed with a loan assumption. My 80-year-old mother lives with me, and we are no longer worried about this concern! Thirty-two years ago I gave my step-daughter a Miraculous Medal. One evening my husband and I picked her up to go to dinner. We were all wearing our medals that night. We spun around, heading the wrong direction towards a semi-truck. In a second, the car spun around, correcting itself. I know it was divine intervention on behalf of Mary. For starters, my parents named me after Our Blessed Mother. Given my full name, I feel a duty to live up to it as best I can. I first bought a Miraculous Medal after my sister sent me a prayer card from your Shrine in Perryville, Missouri. I kept the card on my dresser after my husband left me. At the time I was living in Illinois. I wrote to the Shrine with my prayer requests.  In my note I also said that I hoped to visit the Shrine one day.  I have always had a devotion to Mary, but I never really knew much about the Miraculous Medal. One rainy afternoon, my nephew was making a left-hand turn onto a main road. An oncoming motorcycle was speeding and headed in our direction.  I already anticipated that we were going to be hit hard. When I was young, I became pregnant.  I was single at the time. Our 13-year-old grandson was diagnosed with Tourette’s syndrome. I know it was Mary’s intercession that helped him!

I received my Miraculous Medal in November of last year. Being a convert, I didn’t know much about the story.  I put the medal on and began to pray to Our Blessed Mother for my husband. He had just gone into the hospital for heart surgery. He had a very hard time after a quadruple bypass and a second surgery for the implant of a defibrillator. He then had a small stroke and was in very bad shape. He was moved to an acute care rehab hospital with long-term care and then to a nursing home. After 12 weeks, I was finally able to bring him home. During that time, I never took off my Miraculous Medal. My husband has made a miraculous recovery—physically and mentally—with just a few minor issues still remaining. Several doctors say that he is a miracle, but I know that it was Mary’s intercession that helped him. Thank you so much for sending the Miraculous Medal to me. I plan to wear it all the time.

I always wear my Miraculous Medal. I pinned one to the visor in my husband’s truck because he still works full time and tries to duck hunt full time as well. The truck went airborne and was stopped by the rock bluffs along the river road. The truck was totaled, but he didn’t have a scratch on him. I always carry the Miraculous Medal, either as part of my rosary, around my neck, or on my keychain. About 40 years ago, I was hit broadside, and my car was totally demolished. Glass was flying all over.  When the policeman arrived, he exclaimed, “You should be dead. There is not even a scratch on you.” He then drove me to work.  This past May, I fell while I was standing on a wobbly chair and hit the back of my head on the edge of the baseboard below a window. Had I been two inches closer to the window, I could have hit the windowsill and broken my neck, resulting in paralysis or death. This time I had the Miraculous Medal around my neck. I am so very grateful for Our Lady’s intercession.

My husband suffered a massive bleed in his throat which was a side effect of the radiation he was receiving. He was taken to the hospital, and the EMT’s felt he would not survive. Many years ago, I worked with a woman who was a fallen-away Catholic. On her father’s side, all of his sisters died from an aggressive form of breast cancer. Now, one of her sisters was diagnosed with the same form of cancer and was undergoing treatment. Lumps were discovered on her breast, and the doctor recommended a double mastectomy. I asked the woman’s sister if she would accept a Miraculous Medal. She immediately put it on a chain she was wearing. At her next appointment, the doctors could find no signs of cancer. Of course, the doctor was completely surprised. I’m sure it was through Our Lady’s intercession that this miracle happened.

Our Blessed Mother was with me!

At the age of 18 months old, I was severely burned.  My mom pulled me out of the fire with just a blanket and ran me to the hospital, two blocks away.  Eleven doctors worked on me, and in the meantime, my mom went to the church across the street. She asked one of the priests to dedicate me to the Blessed Mother in the Fatima Chapel, which he did.  When she returned to the hospital, ten of the doctors had given up, except for one. He kept working on me, and I pulled through. I am now 83 years old.

I was very sick during a work travel visit. I suffer from a military disability. I was sick for several hours, laying alone in a hotel room not sure what to do. I placed the Miraculous Medal where my injury is and said, “Mother Mary conceived without sin; I have recourse to thee; Mother Mary, I need you now.” I put my trust in Jesus to hear and answer me. After several hours of feeling ill, I was completely transformed after 30 minutes. I slept for around nine hours without any disruption while holding my rosary and medal. The next day, I went to Mass at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC. The novena at the beginning of the Mass was dedicated to the Miraculous Medal! I couldn’t believe it, and the date of when Our Blessed Mother first appeared to Saint Catherine Labouré, July 18, is my birthday. The initials of my are AMM. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and felt so close to Our Blessed Mother. I have started distributing her Miraculous Medals and telling the story. Thank you Blessed Mother for this miracle!

I prayed to Our Blessed Mother one night. I talked to her as I would a friend. I asked her to use her intercession to remove from me the desire to smoke. I had smoked for 50 plus years. I tried to quit so many times but was never successful. When I woke the next morning, I had no desire to smoke. Those of you who smoke know that lighting a cigarette is the first thing you want to do when you wake up. But that morning, I just had no desire to smoke. I loved cigarettes. They were my best friend. So, for me, I felt like I received a miracle. My family said it was a miracle. I smoked at least a pack a day, sometimes more. That was four years ago, and I still have no desire to smoke. Thank you, Blessed Mother, for helping me with this most expensive and deadly habit. Thank you for saving my life. I hope my story will help someone else quit.

On August 29, 2024, I was driving with my daughter at the speed limit of 45 mph. I had the right of way driving straight as we proceeded through the intersection. A cement or tow truck turned right on a red light and another large truck, not paying attention, followed the truck through the red light at a high rate of speed. Luckily, he stopped within inches of the intersection, realizing he had a red light as we approached. My daughter came inches away from getting hit. I truly believe Mother Mary and the Miraculous Medal I have on my key chain and another one taped on my dashboard, saved my daughter and I from a car accident. Thank you Jesus. I am a registered nurse, and I was called one day because my husband was in an automobile accident with our two children who were ages three and four at the time. They gave me the address of where the accident was, and I drove there immediately. The police officers were working to get my husband out of the car. They told me that the two children were safe and were driven to their grandmother’s house, which happened to be close by. They told me that they would take my husband to the closest trauma center. I drove to the trauma center, and the staff gave me a sack that was around my husband’s waist. I noticed there was Miraculous Medal pinned to the sack. I was very worried and anxious about my husband. They kept him for three days in the trauma center to check him for any injuries. Miraculously, they sent him home after three days. He had only scratches on his feet. My two of my children were also safe. Thank God, and Our Mother Mary, for saving my entire family, and that the Miraculous Medal was with them.

Our lives were saved through Our Lady’s intercession

I am writing in thanksgiving for Our Lady’s intercession with her Son.  Some time ago, my house burned down because of a candle I forgot to blow out.  My mother, who lived with me at the time, heard the smoke alarm early in the morning, and we were able to get out of the house, unharmed. Two weeks prior to the fire, I bought a statue of Our Lady.  My mother and I prayed the Rosary every night in front of the statue.  I feel sure it was through Our Blessed Mother’s intercession that our lives were saved.

I feel my life was spare because of my Miraculous Medal

I was in an auto accident several years ago, in which my car was totaled. I suffered a stroke because of the accident.  However, I feel that my life was spared because of the Miraculous Medal on my key chain. Our Lady was watching over me! My sister has always been a difficult person to deal with, usually isolating herself from family members and friends, claiming that someone is always hurting and hating her for unknown reasons. I have prayed to Our Mother Mary to bring my sister to Jesus’ presence and for her conversion. About six months ago, she was diagnosed with a lung cancer mass that was spreading to her brain and the rest of her body. She was getting radiation and chemotherapy in pill form. We thought she didn’t have much time to live because she was told that her cancer was aggressive. Family and friends prayed constantly for her. My sister opened her heart to the Lord, praying every day and every time she had to take her medicines. She told me that if God called her to himself, she was ready. A PET scan showed no cancer mass in her left lung or on any other part of her body! Doctors said that they didn’t have an explanation. But we do! This miracle was through Our Blessed Mother’s intercession with her Son, Jesus! Amen! Alleluia!

Our Blessed Mother was with her

Thank you, Blessed Mother, for using your powerful intercession in getting my mom safely through her double bypass surgery and for helping her to have such a remarkable recovery. When I asked my mom how she managed to stay so calm before the surgery, she told me that she prayed to Our Blessed Mother and asked her to sit by her side and stay with her. My mom said she knew Our Blessed Mother was with her. We are so very thankful for our prayers being answered.

I know Our Blessed Mother was here for me

I always pray to Our Blessed Mother.  I know she is here for me.  I recently prayed to her for relief from my severe arthritis. After several months, my prayers were answered. Then, I suffered a heart attack and I know Our Lady was with me because all went well.   I spent only two days in the hospital.  I appreciate the Association keeping me in your prayers.  Thank you for the great work you are doing.

I believe the Miraculous Medal had a role in saving my life

I have worn the Miraculous Medal ever since I joined the Militia of the Immaculata, founded by Saint Maximilian Kolbe. It is a sign of my complete dedication and total consecration to Our Blessed Mother. I was once mugged in the inner city, and I believe the Miraculous Medal had a role in saving my life. My attacker dropped his knife, and we struck up a conversation. I promised to pray for him and gave him a Miraculous Medal, urging him to pray to the Mother of God for the grace he needed. Please pray for me and pray for this man that, through the intercession of Mary, he may find the healing and the deliverance he needs. Thank you.

Thankful for Our Blessed Mother’s intercession

We are so thankful for Our Blessed Mother’s intercession in our recent hospital stays and surgeries. My husband and I received such good care from all of the medical staff. Our health has improved for the better. We are so blessed to have family members who taught us about Our Blessed Mother and the Rosary. I wear the Miraculous Medal each day and do my best to keep my mind focused on the intercession and protection of Our Blessed Mother.

I am so grateful for Our Lady’s intercession

I started wearing a Miraculous Medal many years before I became Catholic. A friend suggested it, so I purchased one. At work one day, I was filing in a vault. An old filing cabinet fell against me and pinned me to the wall. I couldn’t move. I yelled out, but no one could hear me. As I wondered how long I would be able to breathe, the filing cabinet shifted back into its original spot. I am sure it was because I was wearing the Miraculous Medal and due to Our Lady’s intercession. I am so grateful I was not harmed.  I wear my medal every day.

I thank Our Lady for her intercession

I called the Association of the Miraculous Medal office requesting prayers for my granddaughter, who was having a bladder test.  Thank God she’s been doing great.  I also asked for prayers for myself. I was going through chemotherapy for breast cancer.  I have now been told that I am in remission.  I thank Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal and her intercession for my healing.  I wear the Miraculous Medal daily.  My sincere appreciation for your prayers.

Our Blessed Mother prayers and God’s blessings

I want to thank Our Blessed Mother for her prayers and God for blessing me with two lovely grandchildren. My daughters were married, but had no children for a long time. I continued to pray and through Our Lady’s intercession, our family has been blessed with two little ones.  I am praying now for my son and his wife to have a child.  Please Blessed Mother, intercede for other couples who are waiting anxiously for children.

Grateful to Our Lady for her intercession

Several years ago, I fell and fractured my pelvic bone.  The doctors said it would take a long time to heal, mostly because of my age. I was determined to heal and be as good as new as quickly as I could. I put on my Miraculous Medal and prayed every day. In just four weeks I was able to walk without a cane, and I had no pain.
